Which devices does Lidar Scanner support?
You need an Apple device with a LiDAR sensor: iPhone 12 Pro / Pro Max or any newer Pro model, and iPad Pro from 2020 onward. RoomPlan room scanning requires iOS or iPadOS 16 or later. Standard iPhones without LiDAR are not supported.
Where are my scans stored?
Everything is processed and stored on your device. Scans never leave your iPhone unless you choose to export, share, or sync them to your own iCloud. There is no account and no server backend.
What can I export?
Scans export as USDZ and raw RoomPlan JSON, and floor plans export as DXF for CAD, plus PDF and SVG. Object Capture models export as USDZ or a textured mesh. CAD, textured mesh and JSON exports are Pro features.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime from your App Store account settings — you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.
